Get involved

We can't do this alone.

Whether you are a young person looking for a future, a referral partner looking for support, or an employer looking for talent—we are here. Here are four ways to help design futures with us.

01 — Refer a Young Person

Know someone who needs a pathway?

We work with young people aged 16–24 who are NEET or at risk of becoming NEET, experiencing mental health challenges, from disadvantaged backgrounds, care-experienced, or have low qualifications or SEND. Our referral partners include schools and colleges, youth offending services, social services, mental health services, youth clubs, and community organisations.

"We're here for you. Let's build your future."

No names needed at this stage — just their situation and what support might help.

Thank you — referral received.

We'll be in touch within two working days to arrange a triage and needs assessment.

02 — Employer Partnerships

Skilled talent. Ready to work.

We partner with employers across printing, promo production, fashion manufacturing, music production, broadcast studio operation, and events & concert production—plus tech and creative businesses—to provide work placements, mentoring, and paid apprenticeships.

We don't just train. We place. Partner with us and get direct connections to young talent trained on the industry-standard tools you already use.

Become an apprenticeship or placement partner

Tell us about your business and the roles you could offer. We'll match you with young people who are trained, mentored, and ready.

03 — Volunteer

Give an hour. Change a future.

We are educators, mentors, designers, and advocates—and we're always looking for more. If you work in design, technology, education, mental health, or industry, your experience could be the turning point in a young person's life.

Mentor 1:1, run a workshop, review portfolios, or host a taster session.

Thank you — we'd love your help.

We'll be in touch within two working days to talk about how you can get involved.

04 — Fund Us

We deliver measurable outcomes.

All our training is free for participants—funded through grants, partnerships, and donations. Our ambition: train 500+ young people by 2029, achieve 70%+ progression, and establish 5 regional hubs.

If you are a grant-making trust, foundation, government body, corporate sponsor, or social investor, we would love to talk.

Free skills. Priceless futures.
